Freedom Boat club of Greater Boston We are seeking a qualified individual to handle the day to day oversight of our Boston club. Candidate must have experience and be comfortable operating and maneuvering boats up to 30ft with twin engines. Basic Qualifications: - Detail oriented - minor staff management - docking, maneuvering, operating boats to 30 ft - basic line handling and Safe docking practices - customer service experience - ability to follow company procedures Duties: - Oversee club staff and boats - detail / clean boats - check members out/in - provide top notch customer service - maintain work schedule for staff - Fuel logs - Maintain clean club areas including docks and office This position will run full time from May through October. Dock manager will have access to fleet of boats when off company time with prior approval from operations manager.
