Welcome to Freedom Boat Club of Lake Lanier:
Scenic, expansive and colorful.

With more than seven million visitors every year, Lake Lanier is one of America’s favorite lakes.  Its massive shoreline (692 miles) and aqua-colored water lie within the foothills of the Georgia Blue Ridge Mountains.

And the club, located at Holiday Harbor Marina (just 30 minutes northeast of Atlanta), offers myriad activities including fishing, boating, sailing, water sports, lakeside dining, and wildlife viewing.

Boating Requirements

Those 16 years of age or older may operate any boat or Personal Watercraft on the waters of Georgia if they have proper identification onboard.
