Tom and George, our Chefs', have been with our family from the beginning and have over 65 years of collective experience. And our Assistant Chefs' Gregory and Rolando have 35 years collective experience. Their hearts and souls are put into our creations and all of our staff thrives on seeing our customers' smiles," says Dean. "We want to make you feel like you're at home when you're here. Our motto is if we don't like it ourselves, we're not going to serve it to our customers."
