The beautiful Bahia Bleu Marina in Thunderbolt, Georgia is home to this club, located at Marker 35, where the intracoastal waterway passes through Savannah.

Coastal low country waters of Georgia and South Carolina are easily accessible.  And the barrier islands near Savannah offer resplendent beaches exclusively for boaters.  Beach Hammock on Little Tybee Island is a family favorite, as it provides protected anchorage and a beach on the Wassaw Sound side, which is walking distance around the point and to the Atlantic.

You’ll also want to spend some time in downtown Savannah.  River Street is just a 30 minute ride from the marina and offers city-maintained public docks that lead to shopping, dining and age-old tourist traditions.
