Sesuit Harbor Café is located in Sesuit Harbor, Town of East Dennis on Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
It's a simple place at the Sesuit Marina where you order at a counter, you pick out a picnic table along the harbor and a server calls out your name and brings your order over when it's ready.

Cape Cod Bay is best known for stripers, bluefish, fluke and tuna.
The striped bass is so highly prized for its size and many anglers consider it the premier game fish in Massachusetts. It can be found from May to November along the entire Massachusetts coastline. The fluke or summer flounder is a very tasty fish.
Fishing for adult bluefish generally improves through the summer as more fish start moving into inshore areas, and extends through October, after which waters cool and the fish migrate offshore and southward.
