Wading across the shallow lagoon to Sand Dollar Island. Don't forget to shuffle your feet to scare away the stingrays. The water in the lagoon isn't very clear, so it's hard to see them.
The Snook Inn
he Snook Inn has been a landmark on Marco Island for over 30 years. Originally named the "Snook Hole" (due to the abundance of Snook fish right off the dock), we catered to construction workers and locals during the beginning stages of Marco, an island that was far different then it is today. The current owners purchased the property in 1985. These days, ther Snook Inn has evolved into a renowned casual waterfront full-service restaurant.
Here you will dine Florida-style, indoors or outside, and can select from a variety of fresh seafood, steaks, sandwiches, and a wide selection of American and Island specialties. Enjoy our salad bar, which includes freshly-baked bread, tempting homemade dressings and the The Snook's famous old-fashioned pickle barrel, stocked full of crisp dill pickles.
Outside you will find casual entertainment in the "Chickee Bar" - an area with unique thatched roof, constructed by Native Americans. Enjoy your favorite cocktail - or one of our frozen concoctions - plus one of the finest water views in Southwest Florida.
Lunch is served daily 11:00 am to 4:00 pm and dinner from 4:30 pm to 10:00 pm seven days a week. Be sure to browse our gift shop for unique "Snook Stuff".
Ample docking facilities are provided for a visit by boat.
We hope you enjoy our web site and we hope to see you soon at the Snook Inn.
