NORTH POINT
Freedom Boat Club’s North Point location is situated just south of the Wisconsin-Illinois border, conveniently positioned between Chicago and Milwaukee in Winthrop Harbor. Boasting 4,160 acres of scenic preserves and 6.5 miles of shoreline, North Point Marina is a natural haven, surrounded by charming small towns. It's also the largest marina on the Great Lakes! Adjacent to Illinois Beach State Park, one of the nation's most stunning parks, North Point offers a glimpse into the state's last remaining natural coastal dunes, wetlands, and diverse coastal wildlife, all while providing excellent recreational opportunities. Just south of the marina, you’ll find a mini play-pen for even more on the water fun. This club also features convenient parking, with a guest lot located directly in front of the marina office.

How much is it? Are there different membership options?
The pricing structure is much like a country club. You will pay a one-time entry fee and monthly dues based on the membership that you choose. Connect with the club nearest you to learn more about membership options and current promotions!
How do I make a reservation?
Reserving a boat has never been easier. Simply log in to your reservation dashboard and choose your desired date, vessel, and time slot.
How much can I boat?
We allow up to 4 rolling reservations at any given time. Simply put – you can have 4 reservations on the books. Once you use one, you free one up. You may book up to 6 months in advance!
How many boats do you have?
Number and type of boats will vary by location. Connect with the club nearest you to learn more about the local fleet.
