Welcome to Freedom Boat Club - Madison! Located on Mendota Lake, opposite of the University of Wisconsin Terrace, you get the best of all worlds on one lake! Easy parking and nearby restaurants can anchor your visit. But on the water is where the magic is! From your chosen FBC vessel cruise along the waters edge to see the Wisconsin Governor's mansion in Maple Bluff, listen to music coming from the Terrace, breathe deeply at the nature sceen along Picnic Point. There is truly something for everyone - but ONLY as good as when you are an FBC Madison member!

How much is it? Are there different membership options?
The pricing structure is much like a country club. You will pay a one-time entry fee and monthly dues based on the membership that you choose. Connect with the club nearest you to learn more about membership options and current promotions!
How do I make a reservation?
Reserving a boat has never been easier. Simply log in to your reservation dashboard and choose your desired date, vessel, and time slot.
How much can I boat?
We allow up to 4 rolling reservations at any given time. Simply put – you can have 4 reservations on the books. Once you use one, you free one up. You may book up to 6 months in advance!
How many boats do you have?
Number and type of boats will vary by location. Connect with the club nearest you to learn more about the local fleet.
