Nestled on the eastern side of the Hudson River, our Ossining location at Shattemuc Yacht Club is close to the Metro North Rail line and the historic downtown center of Ossining, NY. SYC is one of the top yacht clubs in the country to visit. Along with her sister Freedom Boat Club port, located west across the Hudson in Haverstraw, these two locations provide the ultimate access for you to explore the Hudson River! Cruise north to watch tugboats push barges filled with raw materials down south. Cruise by the famous United States Military Academy, also known as West Point, on your trip north to see the glorious and haunting Bannerman’s Castle. Or plan a trip south past Nyack and Yonkers, into the urban metropolitan hub that is New York City Harbor! History, nature, and boating buffs alike will be thrilled to enjoy this amazing new location. Beyond the river's embrace, Ossining's charm comes to life. How much is it? Are there different membership options?
The pricing structure is much like a country club. You will pay a one-time entry fee and monthly dues based on the membership that you choose. Connect with the club nearest you to learn more about membership options and current promotions!
How do I make a reservation?
Reserving a boat has never been easier. Simply log in to your reservation dashboard and choose your desired date, vessel, and time slot.
How much can I boat?
We allow up to 4 rolling reservations at any given time. Simply put – you can have 4 reservations on the books. Once you use one, you free one up. You may book up to 6 months in advance!
How many boats do you have?
Number and type of boats will vary by location. Connect with the club nearest you to learn more about the local fleet.
