Positioned along the Occoquan River, Belmont Bay Marina is a picturesque marina with a floating dock system, featuring 158 boat slips crafted from Brazilian Walnut. Notably, its strategic location just beyond a No Wake Zone sets it apart. This unique spot grants unparalleled access to the Potomac River, a privilege unmatched by any other marina along the Occoquan. Benefitting from its proximity to the mouth of the Occoquan River, the marina's Harbor ensures swift navigation to the Potomac River. From here, boaters can effortlessly chart courses northward to Washington D.C. or southward toward the Chesapeake Bay, making Belmont Bay Marina an ideal launching point for various nautical journeys.

How much is it? Are there different membership options?
The pricing structure is much like a country club. You will pay a one-time entry fee and monthly dues based on the membership that you choose. Connect with the club nearest you to learn more about membership options and current promotions!
How do I make a reservation?
Reserving a boat has never been easier. Simply log in to your reservation dashboard and choose your desired date, vessel, and time slot.
How much can I boat?
We allow up to 4 rolling reservations at any given time. Simply put – you can have 4 reservations on the books. Once you use one, you free one up. You may book up to 6 months in advance!
How many boats do you have?
Number and type of boats will vary by location. Connect with the club nearest you to learn more about the local fleet.
