Freedom Boat Club, an international boat club with 15,000 members and 130 locations, is relaunching its two Charleston destinations on June 3. The club sports a new fleet of boats and new ownership.
The new ownership team is hosting a grand opening relaunch party and ceremony from 1 – 4 p.m. on June 3 at the Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina, 20 Patriots Point Road, in Mount Pleasant. The event, which will be held at the Lookout Pavilion, includes a ribbon-cutting ceremony with local dignitaries at 1:30 p.m., along with live entertainment by local attorney and guitarist Chris Dorsel and complimentary appetizers.
Freedom Boat Club’s two Charleston locations include more than a dozen new Scout fishing boats, Hurricane deckboats and Sweetwater pontoons. The club offers several membership plans. All plans include unlimited boating, free training and regular social activities for members. In addition, Freedom Boat Club members have reciprocal access to boating anywhere a Freedom Boat Club is located.
