About Us Freedom Boat Club Olympia is a private boating club allowing all members full access to a fleet of boats. We are part of the largest boat club in the world with over 180 locations across the US, Canada and Europe for members to enjoy. As a local franchise, we are family owned and operated and look forward to helping you get out on the water! We opened the first south sound club in Tacoma on August 12, 2017 and have received an amazing reception from the community.

About Swantown Swantown Marina is centrally located in Olympia’s downtown waterfront district. A short 10 minute walk from the Olympia Farmer’s Market, downtown restaurants and shops and public parks makes this an ideal location for boating and waterfront recreation.The public marina has extensive park-like grounds with a shoreside esplanade, walking trails, mini-parks, shower, restroom and laundry facilities, wireless internet, electronic key access, picnic tables, boat and trailer parking area, new fuel dock and boat launch. You can enjoy many cruising, fishing, hiking and watersports destinations from our Swantown location including Budd Inlet, Harstine Island, Jarrel's Cove State Park, Joemma State Park, Point Penrose State Park, Eagle Island State Park, Shelton, Allyn, Filucy Bay, Lakebay and more...
Our Olympia Fleet 4 Boats; all brand new. Ranging from 19-25 ft. we have a Northwest Aluminum Fishing Boat, a Regal 21' OBX Bow Rider, a Sweetwater Pontoon Boat, and a Jeanneau NC695 Pilot House.
About Our Business Freedom Boat Club, the nation’s oldest and largest boat club and exclusive powerboat club franchisor in North America, recently approved the opening of a new Olympia location set to open May 4, 2019 at Swantown Marina and Boatyard. We are excited to offer the residents of the Olympia area another opportunity to access the unique waterways, inlets and Marine State Parks of the South Puget Sound. This brings the number of locations in Washington to 6 with Bremerton, Edmonds, Kirkland (Lake Washington), Olympia, Seattle and Tacoma. The Puget Sound and Lake Washington provide some of the best scenic boating in the world! The broad local access and short distance to other clubs in the Pacific Northwest in Vancouver, Canada, Portland, OR and 3 in the San Francisco and Sacramento River Delta offer an incredible opportunity to get on the water at a fraction of the cost of boat ownership with none of the hassles. Members will enjoy reciprocal access at our 175+ locations in the US, Canada and Europe as well as our sense of community with local club social events.
